Corporate Documents: (Notarized / Certified Copies)
Corporate documents must be certified by local Secretary of State Office in the same State where the notary is commissioned/ the document was issued. Examples of company documents are: Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Formation, POA, Agreements, Bylaws, Affidavits, Certificate of Good Standing, Contracts...etc. The chamber will obtain certification from DC government, USD, and Jordan Embassy in Washington DC. The chamber Stamp is also available upon request.
